The Denis Private Island lagoon has triggerfish, clownfish, parrotfish, rays, and turtles all swimming around the coral reef – a morning spent snorkelling is well worth while. The small, professional dive centre with PADI accreditation offers diving courses for novice and advanced divers. Sightings of turtles, white tip and reef sharks, rays, sailfish, tuna are common; dolphins and whales are also frequent. Whale sharks and manta rays are often sighted from September to November.
